Face recognition technology provides much more accuracy than other biometric systems, or fob, or RFID card-based systems. With face recognition, you can only have one face per employee. Compare this to a fingerprint biometric system where each employee has ten fingers.

With dishonest employees, each finger can be registered as a different employee name. This creates the ghost employee scenario where several paychecks can be generated for one person.
